Ducks in a Row
Ducks in a Row is an original piece written, directed, produced, and performed by kids. Cora Roseberry's writing will take you on a wild ride about a single person trying to put on a show starring ducks. But they can't find the ducks, much less get them in order to pull off the show! As the show comes together challenges pop up, ducks get sassy, and our fearless leader is often sidetracked making it a fun and relatable fiasco for all…plus who doesn’t like ducks?
Levi is in Limbo
"Levi is in Limbo" is a two-hander short dramedy about a Father and Daughter as they come to terms with mortality, memory, Led Zeppelin, Chuck Berry and their deep connection to one another despite the political air of 2025.
The Kids
When Mary hires Daisy, a personal organizer, the two discover they have more in common than a desire to bust clutter. THE KIDS is about what happens when we invite others to witness the hope, shame and desperation that accompanies parenting through crises. It's also a speculative inquiry into how the desire to protect children can run up against and explode the notion of a humane childhood.

Ghost Stories
Ghost Stories is a one-person show about history, memory, and the stories we inherit. Blending myth, and personal reflection, it asks what we choose to remember, what we try to forget, and what refuses to let us go.

Kafka's Monkey
Preview Performance
A play based on the short story ‘A Report to an Academy’ by Franz Kafka. Adapted by Colin Teevan. Performed by Isabel Shaida. Directed by Naomi Shafer.
“Esteemed members of the Academy! You have done me the great honour of inviting me to give an account of my former life as an ape.”

Kafka’s Monkey is a one-woman performance that touches on themes of origin, selfhood, and collective responsibility. The protagonist asserts she has evolved from ape to man in five short years in order to escape imprisonment.

While taking place in the world of 1917, the play highlights current questions of body autonomy. How does a person survive under increasingly constrictive conditions? What parts of ourselves do we give up? What does freedom truly mean if one being’s freedom is at the expense of another’s?

Happy Tea
HAPPY TEA is a wildly honest, comedic, and totally unfiltered one-woman storytelling show told by British-American comedian Jennifer Jane. Equal parts heart and chaos, it dives headfirst into relationships, the rollercoaster of being a caregiver, and the utter madness of making a documentary under... let’s just say, unique circumstances.
But it’s not all heavy lifting—there’s also the joy of befriending your nipple hairs, the surprising benefit of sleeping in an elk, and the bizarre moments of being egged on by a ghost sperm. Oh, and of course, there’s a few mentions about tea.
Disclaimer: This show is for ages 18+ and contains sexual & medical references.

Criatura
In our lived experiences as women, we all have moments that tame the Wild we had when we were young, free, and unencumbered by life. Whether it’s trauma, societal expectations, or the masks we wear, we all have a story… a story of how our wildness is dampened, buried deep in our subconscious. When we are still and listen intently, we can hear it fighting to be free. There are no words that can truly define this feeling in us, our deep ache for freedom is more than words can express. Movement, breath and primal sound are our tools of discovery and story telling. In Criatura, we are facing our stories head on, in community, exploring the wild woman archetype, and releasing the glorious creature in all of us! We are Criatura…
Criatura is a 15 minute, site-specific, movement piece taking place on the back staircase of The Shane Center.

Swing
Staged Workshop Reading| Free
Swing is a site-specific, voyeuristic soap opera. It is a play that lives in the serene, peace and misery of Suburban America. Curving, freshly-paved “lanes” and “drives” run in endless circles around green lawns and decorative shutters. There is a charming town center with a “main street” and bookshops, a boutique hotel, a local bank, and vacant storefronts that could be a gallery. The schools are among the highest ranked in the country (and so are the property taxes, wink.) But the entire show is set at a small park where there is a swingset. The children are not to be cast, they are to be played as pantomime by the adult cast. What really separates children and adults if not our shared belief that kids grow up and change into adults? Come as a patron to theater, leave with a new guilty pleasure.
